Extremely happy with our new patio! This a great company to work with, the manager Mike is always available via email or phone, and very accommodating and easy to work with. The guys that came out to do the work were knowledgable of their job and were always nice and respectful.
The damaged some of our grass with the heavy equipment and the frame of the back yard door with the water pressure machine and they fixed everything right away.
I would definitely hire them again for our next project and cant recommend them enough, give them a call, you wont be sorry.

WOW! What a crew, what a job. We have a very old home in Bexley and the asphalt driveway was beyond sad. I wanted an exposed aggregate driveway that enhanced and matched the house to look like it had been there for years and resembled an English tar and chip driveway. I had done research on a number of concrete companies. Found Royal almost on accident, but during the process of getting a bid I became increasingly comfortable with the team, the quality and the pricing. Thiago (our salesman) and Jonathan (the owner) were amazing throughout the process. The crew was efficient, kind, energetic and effective. I actually increased the scope of the project on day one substantially and they made it happen without a break in the action. The driveway looks AMAZING. Perfectly exposed aggregate with a warm brownish sealant over it all made it look perfect for what I was looking for. The entire operation (with rain in between) took 3 days from digging out the old drive and walkway to pouring and leveling to applying the agitator to expose the underlying aggregate. Cannot recommend them enough and really enjoyed the crew, the communication, the attention to detail and most importantly, the finished product.

The great: communication, speed of service, customer service from beginning to day of service was excellent.
The good: the quality of work was professional and nice, although I noticed afterwards, a piece of my fence was rubbing the fresh concrete and had someone simply asked, I would have happily approved shaving the fence.
The bad: at somepoint over the 2 days of work, my garage door opener was broken. I noticed after service was completed and immediately texted the representative "Mike" who quickly responded and apologized and said "I'm sorry about that, let me see if we can help fix that for you". That was on 11/9 and I've gotten no follow up since.
I can repair my garage door myself but I'm still annoyed.
I honestly feel bad about leaving this review because besides the garage door issue and fence item it was honestly a great experience.

Very quick turn around from initial request for quote to signing an agreement, was so easy and transparent on costs. Flexible and helpful on design and size. Crew was super kind and helpful on construction day(s). The overall experience was just easy and fast. The total timeframe from quote to job complete (including bringing back in topsoil and reseeding track areas) was less than 2 weeks. The construction timeframe was less than 3 days. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and personally use them again.
My beautiful (and affordable) 17x16 patio is a dark gray stamped concrete with beautiful 2’ wide stairs that is ultra safe for the babies going up and down! Experience was seamless and positive! Thanks Royal-Concrete!

We absolutely love our patio and pergola from Royal. From the beginning stages to the completion of the project, the Royal team had excellent communication and showed quality craftsmanship.
We chose Royal based on a referral from a friend and really enjoyed working with Michael from the sales team on our vision. Michael helped us throughout the design process and was a great resource in getting our project plans approved by our HOA.
Diego was our project manager onsite and was so great to work with. He took personal care on our design choices and made sure everything was exactly how we had envisioned our backyard to be.
We would recommend the Royal Concrete team to anyone looking to transform their backyard or for any of their concrete needs.
